The wall bars are a universal fitness training device designed to stretch and work every muscle group, as well as to perform physiotherapy exercises.
Pull-up bar with multiple grips and additional handles, a core element of the complex that builds strength and endurance. To train the abs on the ladder, use the removable backrest, which can easily be adjusted to the desired level and removed from the wall if needed.
